I don’t know, I think they are angry and they want to squeeze and change the channel.

How do you start a conversation?
Hi, how are you? I just introduce myself. Normal and simple stuff.
How do you end one?
‘Bye!’, and sometimes I also say tot ziens (see you later in dutch).
What is the longest you have gone without sleep?
Two and a half days. I was partying and drinking with friends. We just wanted to be awake without a reason.
What’s your favorite food?
Of course moussaka.
How does a bike work?
With your feet, using your legs. Doesn’t it? How should I know this? Am I working with bikes?
How many times do you breathe in a minute?
Between twenty and twenty-five (Demetris was actually counting the times he breathed in a minute but he was laughing and it didn’t work out).

What is the first thing you did when you came to Amsterdam?
I bought this blue card for the train to move around. I don’t remember the name. I used it for a couple of days and then I bought a bike which I use ever since! Not the same one of course as I lost my bike a couple of times since then.
What is the weirdest thing about you?
I don’t think I am really a weird person, maybe it is that I am not very social.

Do you like your job and why?
Yes, I do like it. I am doing something that I like that it’s fixing bikes, I can listen to my music. It helps me to focus and that reflects on my daily life as well. It is like meditation. There is a good environment as well and team, which I think it is also very important.

I don’t know, Internet is too complicated, I don’t understand how it works.
What makes you wanna sleep?
Feeling tired, I want to rest and relax.

Stress is stress, there is no way to describe it. I usually go running when I am stressed.

The Czech Republic, I am really looking forward to going to Prague, Hungary, and Germany.

They are nice, they are yellow Yellow? Well… blond I mean. They are blond. And they are always smiling, which sometimes is creepy… (Laughs)
